The latest growth recorded was as high as 26%. Also, the cost of trucks has decreased over the past year and this tends to make it more attractive. Although some truck manufacturers have been registering a loss they don’t want that to be a deterrent as in this hard economy they will only be left with stock that is not moving in the case of trucks. There are some companies that are already registering billions of dollars of loss.

The surprising trend that has shown up is that down the years, Canadians have always been the ones to prove that passenger cars have been more opted for than trucks. But, this year round it has been different. Truck sales have jumped as high as 54% in the last ten months of this year.
